Meet Sabine Florence
Thank you for visiting my Reiki site.
My name is Sabine Florence, I am a Reiki Master.
Spirituality, emotional well-being, and martial arts have been my passion since I was a teenager.
My outlook on life changed when I worked with elderly and disabled people for several years. I learned just how comforting the touch of a hand can be for someone who is suffering or going through the dying process. These emotionally difficult experiences allowed me to truly grasp the meaning of empathy and to become more spiritually connected.
These personal encounters led me to Buddhism because of its particular approach to suffering, compassion and impermanence.
For the last 18 years I have been in contact with Buddhist and Zen masters who have encouraged me in the practices of meditation, Qi Gong and finally Reiki. This path of study and enlightenment has changed my life.
I began offering both in-person and distance Reiki sessions many years ago. Over time, I transitioned to practicing only Distance Reiki, which is ideal for those who value convenience, flexibility, or feel more comfortable in their own environment.
Even though I am a Reiki master, I rarely use this term. I define myself more as a simple woman, who desires to help others and bring light into this world through healing, and unconditional love.
With joy and peace,
Sabine Florence
My Approach to Healing

Distance Healing has the ability to be effective without the need for physical presence and can be felt across any distance, everything in the universe is interconnected and energy can be transmitted across space and time
As a Reiki Master, I can help heal the underlying energetic causes. I will work on your picture or on your name only if you do not feel comfortable providing a picture, Reiki can have a profound impact on your life and well-being.
If you’d like, I can also guide you through calming and healing breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness practices.
During your session, you may simply relax in a quiet room, either lying down or sitting—whichever feels most comfortable. You may choose to light a candle to create a relaxing atmosphere, but there are no rules. The key is to ensure you are in a quiet environment, free from phones or other distractions, where you will not be disturbed.
This is a moment of relaxation that you are giving yourself. Recognize that self-care is just as essential as food or sleep, and honor that need by allowing yourself this time to unwind.
Sensory experiences during a session vary. You may feel warmth, tingling, chills, deep relaxation, or even nothing at all.
The best way to prepare for your session is to release any expectations and avoid waiting for a specific sensation—the energy will flow naturally where it is needed.
If you have any questions or comments after a Reiki session, feel free to contact me by email. I recommend allowing the energy to settle for a few hours or even days before reaching out. Additionally, it is best to avoid intense physical activity on the same day.
Reiki has a rich history, and over the past 100 years, various schools of thought and practices have emerged as part of its evolution.
I am also a translator and sponsor at Reiki-Conciliation, an organization dedicated to fostering peaceful coexistence among different Reiki styles.
