Refund Policy

If any of the sessions  are cancelled they will be rescheduled to a new date, which means the money paid for the course will also be applied to the new date.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please contact FloEnergy as soon as possible, and no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This gives me time to schedule other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
